On a roadtrip down to San Diego during the summer, I stopped at a view point overlooking the great ocean, only to find trash strewn over the parking lot and cliffside. To my dismay there was not a single trash can to be found. What steps need to be taken to ensure that trash receptacles are available in such places. Please Help!!
